We attended 2 weddings in October. My good friend Adam married a nice girl, Erin. Dave & I left the kiddos at home at danced the night away! Dancing is so good for the soul! It was like a crazy highschool reunion for me, with people I hadn’t seen it years! It was so fun reconnecting and hanging out with friends. I didn’t get very many photos of this night because we were actually out having fun! We danced, we caroused, we snarked. it was a full evening!

My Cousin Justin also married a nice girl, Melanie in the Ozarks. We took the kids but my mom & Gary were saints and they slept in their room for the night. (but for some reason they wouldn’t take the little one who likes to eat at 4:30 am. Hrm, go figure!)

We stayed the weekend in the Ozarks and hiked Ha Ha Tonka state park the next day. It was beautiful with all the fall leaves in full color. There are some Castle ruins at the end of a trail that we really wanted to find, and we were successful!
