My kids are so spoiled from this it’s the only macaroni they want. Damn it, I should have just left it at Kraft shells & cheese. This is a little harder than opening a package & dumping in, but still very easy and very kid friendly.
2/3 box of shell pasta (or any type) boiled. (if not using the huge box, go ahead & dump the whole thing in there!)
drain
add 2 inches of Velveeta cheese chopped into pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 inches of cream cheese cut up slightly
a splash of milk
a dash of pepper
and a sprinkle of garlic salt
Mix all until melted. Delish!
If you are lucky enough to have left overs, reheat in the microwave and add some Parmesan cheese on top, and it’s still awesome! The kids fight over it, so I always have to make sure I have 2nd & 3rd helpings available.
Let me know if you try it!

Make a big batch and then freeze it for individual meals.
Great idea Joy!
