As always, this is easy and family friendly. The best part, is that if you serve it for adult guests, they won’t know that you didn’t slave in the kitchen all day!! I served this for a friend of my husband that went to culinary school and he thought it was wonderful.
Ingredients:
Boneless skinless chicken breasts
ranch dressing,mustard
Italian bread crumbs
With the ingrediendts, start with raw boneless chicken breasts, usually just cut in half make nice size strips. I then make an assembly line. chicken on the left, ranch/mustard mixture in the middle and bread crumbs on the end. You mix the ranch & mustard to desired flavored. Some might like it more ranchy, some more mustardy. I prefer a good mix of both. Preheat oven to 350, and lightly spray your baking pan.
Take a slice of chicken, coat it in the ranch, mustard mix and then coat it in the bread crumbs. Lay chicken into the pan. Repeat until all chicken is coated and yummy.
Bake for 30 minutes and your main dish is done!
I added fresh green beans and a side of rice!

* you could always try southwestern mustard, to kick it up a notch, or experiment on your own!
