Meaningful Monday Blog Hop!

Welcome to the new VivoBello page! If you bookmarked the old site it’s time to update! We’re starting a new fun blog hop on Mondays, inspired by the Random Acts Of Kindness we’ve been doing. If you’d like backstory – Dave & I are both turning 35 this year, he turned on July 23rd and I’m much younger than him until November 4th. What we want most for our birthdays is a better world, where people put others first and think about their actions. So, we’re kicking it off! Our family is doing 35 Random Acts Of Kindness in the 3.5 months between our birthdays. And so far we love it so much, we want to get others involved too! Let’s start our weeks out on a positive note!  If you’re a blogger, post about a RAOK you did, or a story you saw and link it here! If you aren’t a blogger, just read and enjoy the feel good butterflies in your tummy. And everyone, go do something nice – on purpose.

We’ve been super busy with the fair being in town this week, but we’ve made it a point to do 2 nice things.

RAOK #11 – Bella helped the neighbor pull weeds in the garden.

RAOK #12 – We taped some quarters to the vending machine at the store for someone to use them if they were thirsty.

RAOK’s don’t have to be big deals, in fact, most of the time it’s the little things that totally make someone’s day!

If you’re participating in the hop, click the link below to get the Linky code to paste into your post. For more information and what to do to participate in this blog hop, see our Meaningful Mondays page

This is such a great idea. I, too, believe we should be doing more to help others. I am very much about paying things forward. This will make me think, throughout my day, of how I can be a better person.

I try to do something great for someone every day, especially my family. I am always surprising someone with a hand delivered home cooked meal, or volunteering to babysit so mom and dad can go on a date. I’m also the lady who always shares her coupons with other people in the the grocery store and helps older shoppers carry their groceries!

That is awesome! I love hearing about people doing good things! It makes me feel better about where we’re going as a society.
