How awesome is a cookie that tastes great, but is sugar free? I have a new found love of molasses!
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the bananas and molasses until well combined. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.
(really, could that had gotten easier??)






Did someone say Banana? I love adding banana to baked goods. This will be a cookie recipe that I definitely try!
