Start out making a batch of Ghirardelli or your own favorite brownie. For this recipe, I like to make the bite size brownies.
After the brownie is completely cool, carefully cut a hole half way down into the center. Add the peanut butter mixture. To make it pretty, use bags & tips which can be bought at any craft store, or put mixture into a ziploc baggie and snip the end off. That will also let you pipe the peanut butter into the hole.
Super easy, but it looks like you really worked on it!
Peanut butter mixture:
1 cup smooth peanut butter
3 tbs softened butter
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
Voila!
